About KALEE-Pet Loss Matters
Kirstey cares deeply about grieving well for both humans and animals (they also grieve). Her dedication to pet loss support is to provide help that is meaningful to the person or animal struggling with bereavement.
Loss doesn't always mean death. It can be a pet that has gone missing, a dog that had to be euthanised due to behaviour challenges, a relationship breakdown, anticipatory grief, and a professional grieving for a dog that they no longer see, and more.
The name came about by Kirstey Anne Lee who used her initial's KALEE:
K=Kindness - Offering a warm and understanding presence can provide immense comfort during the grieving process.
A=Acceptance - Embracing the reality of loss allows us to begin healing and cherish the memories of our beloved pets.
L=Listening - Attentively listening to someone's feelings and experiences helps validate their emotions and support their healing journey.
E=Empathy - Truly understanding and sharing in another's pain helps create a compassionate and supportive environment for healing.
E=Expression - Encouraging the healthy expression of emotions can help release bottled-up feelings and facilitate the healing process.
The hardest part of pet care is facing the heart-breaking and soul-wrenching loss of a beloved companion. Kirstey is here to guide you in finding meaning and peace after this difficult experience. Pets grieve too, and she is here to help them through their grief as well.
